Bella Vista Condo Project
We constructed the first floor old-fashioned raised panel store front with Azek board and Marvin Integrity windows.




        

French Door Replacement and Hardwood Floor Repair
We replaced a french door of an 1840's farm house. First we removed the old door, replaced the damage framing, and installed a new pan flashing. We installed new Kolbe simulated divided light doors. In addition, we repaied the hardwood floor, adding custom trim and fresh paint.




         

Basement I
We fully finished this basement in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia transforming this cluttered, dark, and damp basement into a beautiful in-law suite consisting of a spacious bedroom, full bath and storage.




         

Basement II
We transformed a basement into a media play room that includes a sight built cabinet as well as new energy efficient windows.
